Cristiano
& Georgina
A portrait in two worlds — the stadium and the front row, and the small number of photographs where neither of them is performing.
Two people, photographed more than almost anyone alive.
There is a version of this story that writes itself, and it is not a good one. Footballer meets shop assistant. The tabloids had that headline set before either of them had said a word about it, and they have been running variations on it ever since.
This site is not interested in that version. It is interested in the photographic record — which is enormous, and which is mostly other people’s work — and in what that record actually shows when you put it in order and look at it properly.
What it shows is two careers running on completely different clocks. One measured in ninety-minute verdicts, trophies and a body that has to be argued with every year. The other measured in nothing at all, because no scoreboard exists for the thing she does.
Everything asserted on this site is either a matter of public record or is marked as unverified. Nothing has been invented to fill a gap.
Two worlds, one photograph
They are photographed together constantly, which makes it easy to miss that they are doing two entirely different jobs in the same frame.

Moments that did the talking
The name on the back
A Champions League final, won. In the moments afterwards, on the grass, she is wearing his number and her own name.
Four hands on the trophy
League champions in Italy. Both in the striped shirt, hands overlapping on the base of the trophy.
One each
She is not standing beside the trophy. She is holding one.
Laughing at something off-camera
A training bib, a tracksuit, floodlights, and whatever was just said. The most valuable frame in the collection is the one where neither of them is performing.
What is settled, and what still moves
A career this long produces two kinds of number. One kind stopped changing years ago. The other changes every time he plays — the figures below were correct on 15 August 2026.
Career goals
International goals
Ballon d'Or
Champions Leagues
The frames where nobody is working
Almost every photograph on this site was taken by a professional who was there to take it. Red carpets, trophy lifts, ceremonies with a seating plan. That is the trade, and both of them are extremely good at it.
And then there is the one above, in which two people are laughing at something the camera did not catch and neither of them has remembered to perform.
On 11 August 2026, ten years after the shop floor in Madrid, they married in a civil ceremony in Cascais with their five children in the room. He announced it himself, with a picture of two hands.
